What became a tentpole 6 season series for TNT started with THIS mock. Well, maybe not for TNT, but for me.
At the time of this proposal, there was still a good chunk of time before Season 1 debuted, which meant very little assets or information about the show. I had to get creative and take some liberties coming up with a look and feel from scratch for a California surfer crime family TV Show. Between the creative freedom I had for this and a penchant/soft spot for California surfer crime families (Point Break-era baby!), this mock was a ton of fun to do.

I’m not going to say they stole my idea to use a surfer, but they obviously stole my idea to use a surfer and were definitely still referencing this mock YEARS later. Maybe. I heard.
